Brad was raised in the Nampa area. He joined the firm as an articling student in 1998 after a short period with Taylor McComb in Grande Prairie. He obtained his designation in 2001 and became a partner in the firm in 2004. He works with clients in various industries including agriculture, forestry, automotive dealerships and owner managed small business.

Brad and his wife Karen have two children, Gabrielle and Samuel.
